HNHB French Language Service Community of PracticeThe FLS CoP stems from the LHIN-Entity-Annual-Plan (LEAP) for 2019-2020 as a means to share information and standardize knowledge and understanding of FLS requirements and obligations amongst HSPs and stakeholders. Ultimately, the CoP will improve the delivery of FLS by focusing on the following outcomes: • Increasing competency in providing active offer; • Spreading FLS best practices; • Improving system navigation for francophone clients and families; • Supporting bilingual human resources recruitment and retention.
